Terms of Use
A short set of terms for this personal site.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms apply to cainblythe.com, a personal website for Cain Blythe. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: cain@cainblythe.com.
The site
The site is provided so you can read about Cain Blythe’s work, books, speaking, and ventures, and so you can get in touch. It is not an online shop and it does not create a client relationship just because you visit.
Content
Unless a page says otherwise, text, images, and other material on this site are © Cain Blythe. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it for republication, or present the material as your own.
Press downloads (the media kit, speaker one-sheet, and headshots) are provided for journalists, producers, and event organisers. Please use the approved portraits and bios. The name should appear as “Cain Blythe”, not “Mr Blythe”. CreditNature is one word, with a capital C and N.
Accuracy
Care is taken with the information here, but it is offered as a personal site, not as professional advice. Ventures mentioned on the site — including CreditNature, Ecosulis, and Stabiliti — have their own websites and terms. Book details, dates, and external links can change.
Forms and email
If you submit the contact, speaking, or newsletter forms, you confirm that the details you enter are accurate and that you are happy to be contacted about that request. How that information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
External sites
Links to other websites (including CreditNature, Ecosulis, Stabiliti, Nature Means Business, bookshops, podcast hosts, and social profiles) are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms. This site is not responsible for their content.
Availability
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Access is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Pages, downloads, and forms may be changed or withdrawn.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cain Blythe is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
